RYA’s Annual Coaches & Parents Appreciation Banquet

When: Saturday, August 21st

Time: 6pm - ???

Where: American Legion Hall

Cost: FREE

DJ Services will be provided with FANTASTIC Door Prizes!!!

(only 1 ticket per person will be given out from 6pm – 7:30pm only)

Schedule of events:

6pm – 8pm – Dinner served

BBQ w/all the trimmings, prepared by our very own, Carroll Scruggs.

8pm – 8:30pm – Awards

This will include awards from 2009 Football season, 2010 Basketball & 2010 Spring Baseball

8:30pm - ??? – Have a blast…

Door prizes will be given out beginning at approx. 7pm
